Two belts onion root cutting

Researched and developed by Qingdao Dong Devotion Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, this two belts onion root cutting machine adopts the method of artificial feeding and automatic cutting. It has realized the technology of cutting off onions root in different size. The working flow of this machine: manually place onions one by one into onion holder that on the fast running conveyor belt with the way of onion head and root parallel to the conveyor belt. Then the conveyor belt carries onions to the cutting device where onion root will be cut fast by the blade. The production is high by using this machine with 6000-7200 onions one hour and one equipment can be operated by two workers.
