Garlic Root Concave Cutter 2

Ⅰ.This machine mainly has the following features:

1. It adopts the patented product of our company - special designed tools to cut garlic root in a high speed. And it has no damage for garlic since the blade does not heat up.

2. Garlic root is shaped as arc concave after cutting, and root is cut clean with small amount of removal. It has completely eliminated the defects of high waste and low efficiency caused by manual cutting with knife and other cutting machines.

3. It adopts conveyor belt to carry garlic continuously and the working process is smooth and the speed is fast.

Ⅱ.Working flow of the machine:

Manually place the garlic one by one onto the fast running conveyor belt with garlic head down and garlic root up. The conveyor belt then carries garlic to the cutting device where the blade will quickly remove the garlic root.
