Onion Dicing Production Line 2

Independently researched and developed by our company, onion complete processing assembly line equipment composed of onion sorting machine, peeling machine, root cutting machine, washing machine, slicing machine and drying machine, etc. This set of equipment operates as flow line, each machine closely connected and working continuously. It is the first choice and high top automatic assembly line equipment of onion processing industry. The assembly line can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

Working flow:

1.Pour onions material into feeding hopper of peeling machine.

2.The conveyor belt automatically carries onions into the peeling device for onion skin peeling.

3.After peeled, onions will be carried to the conveyor belt of onion root cutting machine, with workers place onions onto conveyor belt as well as onion top and tail cut automatically.

4.After root cut, onions will be carried to washing machine to clean.

5.After cleaned, onions will be carried to slicer machine and onions will be cut into onion rings slice or dices.

6.Onion rings slice or dices can be carried to drying machine to dry.
