Processing technic:

1.       select material: Selecting material should be operated by people. Get rid of rotten,too small and bad garlic.

2.       Cut root: The garlic root couldn’t be eated.

3.       Remove the skin and sectioning:After cutting root, put the garlic into the machine. Separate the garlic through the power of the machine.

4.       Remove the peel through the strong power of machine.

5.       Select: To ensure the product quality, select the bad and rotten garlic.

6.       Clean: Clean the dust and impurity of selected garlic by cleaning machine.

7.       Cut: Cut the garlic to slice about 1.5 to 1.8mm. The garlic slice must be equable and smooth. Otherwise it would affect the quality of garlic.

8.       Clean: Clean off the mucus and sugar on the garlic. The time is three minutes. The temperature is about 10 degree centigrade.

9.       Centrifugal dewatering: Remove the water sticking on the garlic slice by centrifugal machine. Accelerate the drying time.

10.   Dry:By steam and hot air furnace dry garlic slice. The temperature control between 55-75 degree centigrade. The time control between 6-7 hours. The garlic’s water content after drying control 4-5%.
