Ⅰ.Universal polverizer is suitable for making madicine, chemical engineering, food, etc. Inflammable and explosive materials are forbidden for using the machine. The metal, high-water materials, high-oil materials and amorphous matter are also forbidden.

Ⅱ.Working principle:1. The materials collide,knock, cut and frict with each other by hammer in the machine. The materials after crushing fall into the hop-pocket under the crushing chamber. Using hop-pocket can make stive keep in the hop-pocket. And air and very fine dust are discharged through the gap of hop-pocket.2. Water cooling plants are distributed in the outer ring of the crushing chamber, the door of crushing chamber and the back wall of crushing chamber. It can reduce the temperature of the crushing cavity.

Ⅲ. The features of the machine:

1.       Simple struction, easy to be loaded and unloaded and easy to be cleaned.

2.       The machine is stainless steel meeting the requirements of GMP.

3.       Stable operation, small noise and small shake.

4.       Easy operation. Changing screen can control the fineness of stive.

5.       The structure of water cooling decides to reduce screen area.

6.       The temperature of coolingwater is lower, the better cooling effect. Cooling water can’t be recycled. Otherwise it will affect the cooling effect.

7.       The speed of cooling water should not be too quick. It should use low pressure water.

Ⅳ. Special emphasis:

1.       The square of the external power supply cord must be greater than or equal to the power cord of the machine. Otherwise it maybe lead to the motor and the power cord fever, tender, melting an burning.

2.       Add appripriate models of leakage protector on the power cord according to the regulations by professional electrician. Ensure the machine’s main shaft turn as definite direction.

3.       Should make the machine in the independent workshop and take some protect measures if the materials have pigment and virulence.
