Onions with diameter of 25mm - 40mm belong to small onions. Manually peeling the small onions will waste labour. We developed this machine with special peeling method which has already applied for national patent. It has the following advantages and features:
1. This machine adopts full-automatic mechanical operation. It only needs the worker to pour the unpeeled onions into the feeding hopper, and then the conveyor belt will carry onions continuously to the peeling device for automatic skin peeling.
2. This machine has high power of peeling, whether the onion skin is thick or thin, loose or tight, even frozen onions, all can be peeled clean at one time.
3. By using this machine, it can obtain a high production of peeling 28800 onions per hour (weight according to onion’s size).
4. This machine can work together with other equipment such as onion root cutter, slicer, dicer, dryer, etc. to form the automatic onion processing assembly line.
