Carrot head/tail cut machine

This carrot head and root cut machine is researched and developed by Qingdao Dong Devotion Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is a unique processing equipment which is suitable for both carrot head cut and carrot root cut at the same time. The whole processes from artificial feeding to automatic arrangement and head&root cutting are finished by the single machine. It produces in fast speed and the effect is good. It has already applied for China national invent patent.

The machine has the following main characteristics:

1. It is designed with automatic arrangement device that can place carrots in order and then convey to the cutting device for head and root cut.

2. It is controllable and adjustable for carrot top and tail cut size. Rotate the baffle handle to adjust the distance between front and back of baffle, in this way, carrot root cutting size will be controlled.

3. Head cut and root cut is running at the same time. The machine is cleverly designed to realize cutting carrot head in the meantime of cutting root.

4. The cutting speed is fast and the efficiency is high.

5. The effect is good and the production can reach 1-3 T per hour.
