Small onion root cutter machin

This machine has realized the technology of cutting small onion root in high speed with no damage. The machine is designed novel and skillful with coherent operation. Small onions root will be cut in the process of continuous conveying.

Ⅰ. The machine has the following features:

1. It has no limitation of small onions' grades, size, dry/wet, original place, all onions’ root can be cut perfectly.

2. Onion root is cut automatic and it can be finished at one time with non stop during working.

3. Onion root cutting removal amount is small and the rate of finished product is high. The machine is equipped with onion auto-identified cutting device which can identify automatically the size of onions as well as cut onions root at the least removal amount.

4. The production is high by using this machine and one equipment can be operated by one worker about 3300 onions per hour (the weight is according to onions’ size).

Ⅱ. The working flow of this machine:

Manually place onions one by one into the onion holder that on the fast running conveyor belt with the way of onion head and root parallel to the conveyor belt. Then the conveyor belt carries onion to the cutting device where onion root will be cut fast by the blade.
