[Exhibition procedure]

1.       Required to fill out the “application form”. Then send to the sponsor by fax.

2.       The exhibitors need to pay 50% rent by bank transfer or one-time pay up. The balance of the rent shall be no later than August 1,2016.

3.       After confirming the booth, the sponsor would send to exhibitors. The manual includes exhibition hall, exhibits transportation, booth design, accommodation arrangement, items rent, etc. The exhibitors must fill out the manual.

4.       The principle of booth alocation is that reservate and pay first, then confirm.

Domestic enterprise: standard booth RMB13800 per unit 9㎡(3*3m)   raw space RMB1300/㎡

Foreign-owned enterprise: standard booth USD3600 per unit9㎡(3*3m) raw space USD380/㎡

Joint venture enterprise: standard both RMB16800 per unit 9㎡(3*3m) raw space RMB1500/㎡

The raw space doesn’t contain any configuration. Enterprises can design by themselves.(minimum is 36㎡)
